Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in master or production planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Advanced Excel and planning/reporting tools proficiency.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule.
• Translate forecasts and orders into executable production plans.
• Balance capacity, labor, and material constraints to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Sales.
• Lead or participate in S&OP / MPS review meetings.
• Monitor inventory, WIP, and finished goods to optimize turns.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Support NPI, engineering changes, and phase-in/phase-out planning.
• Track metrics like schedule adherence and on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
• Perform other duties as required by Plant Manager.
