Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Material Planner to join the Fury Launch team at Arsenal-1 in Ashville, OH. You will own material flow from raw materials to finished goods, signaling purchasing and manufacturing on what to buy or build, and forecasting demand to support ERP systems.

You will lead S&OP discussions, partner with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing, and drive inventory optimization in a fast-paced, high‑stakes environment. Relocation to Ashville, OH is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; 6+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ownership of a complex value chain coordinating between multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate onsite to Ashville, OH

About the Job

Anduril’s Demand & Supply Planning team is seeking a world‑class Senior Material Planner to join our Fury Launch team at Aresenal‑1 in Ashville, OH. The Senior Material Planner has an integral role at Anduril, having material flow responsibility throughout the entire value chain, from raw materials to finished goods shipped to customers. They will have full ownership of certain assemblies and product lines, and will be ultimately responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build. This hire will be instrumental in signaling and forecasting accurate demand, planning inventory levels, and ensuring that Anduril supports its hardware requirements via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and other associated tools. The right person for this role has demonstrated ownership and experience solving complex operational challenges with creative solutions in a fast‑paced, resource‑limited environment. This person will be flexible to provide support wherever needed to ensure products are built and shipped under stringent quality standards. What You’ll Do
  • Manage day‑to‑day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
  • Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.

  • Work with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans.

  • Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and associated master data.
  • Drive strategic initiatives towards best practices, including demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (i.e., manufacturing, engineering, analytics, computer science, etc.) or a business field (i.e., finance, economics, supply chain management, business administration, marketing, etc.).
  • 6+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment dealing with complex assemblies.
  • Complete ownership of a complex value chain, coordinating between multiple, high‑volume departments and teams to ensure on‑time deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
  • Technical expertise, including the ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to relocate, if not already local, to be onsite in Ashville, OH.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in any technical field including mechanical/aerospace/manufacturing, electrical, or computer engineering, supply chain, or business with a technical minor or concentration.
  • Strong experience with SQL databases, including building custom queries for production and inventory metrics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning systems like Blue Yonder and best practices in demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, Six Sigma principles, and big data evaluation techniques.
  • Proactive, able to take substantial responsibility across various functions, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
Benefits

US Salary Range: $111,000–$147,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full‑time offers and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
