Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Material Planner in Costa Mesa, CA to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods, coordinating with Purchasing and Manufacturing to buy or build as needed.

You will forecast demand, manage component availability, and work with Engineering on changes to ensure on-time delivery under strict quality standards. Eligible for U.S. Top Secret clearance; travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fast-paced manufacturing with complex assemblies.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Netsuite.
• Willing to travel 15–20%.
• Eligible for active U.S. Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to relocate for on-site Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the production plan with Purchasing to ensure component availability and scheduling production.
• Provide visibility on part shortages to purchasing and production teams.
• Provide forecasts to the Supply Chain team for components required for production.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize supply allocations.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering to provide visibility into material coverage on component changes.
• Manage Consumables Inventory and ensure stocked to support Production.
• Develop and maintain processes for working within MRP and the associated master data.
