Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead ARS material handling system deployment across multiple facilities. You will partner with WWDE, Operations Engineering, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end program execution.

You will own the Project Lifecycle Framework from initiation to handover, define standards, manage risks, and mentor teams to scale delivery across Amazon's network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction/material handling or related industry.
• Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing contracts and vendor relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (most travel on weekdays).
• Demonstrated ability to define and improve technical standards and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single-threaded leader for material handling system implementation programs across mechanical, electrical, and controls.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors; set priorities and coordinate activities.
• Manage project master schedule, budgets, and contracts; ensure timely completion and accountability.
• Drive cross-functional communications, KPI definition, and standardization initiatives across functions.
• Develop and improve Project Lifecycle Framework and deployment playbooks.
