Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to own and drive material handling system implementations across its network. You will lead diverse teams, manage schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships, and push for standardization of deployment practices.

In this role, you will shape project strategy, mitigate technical risks, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and strategic suppliers to deliver complex solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with increasing value/complexity.
• Experience delivering medium-sized projects up to $40M in Construction/Material Handling.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (weekdays travel).
• Experience contracting and managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end material handling system implementation programs across mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines.
• Drive project master schedule, budgets, contracts, and vendor accountability.
• Define and improve Project Lifecycle Framework and playbooks for scalable deployment.
• Coordinate with OEMs and 3P engineering firms on design, integration, and commissioning.
• Develop KPI-based performance metrics and cross‑functional plans with operations leadership.
