Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a distribution center material handler to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations. You will move merchandise while upholding inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety standards; serve as a resource for the team and assist in training others.

Responsibility includes operating RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems, plus cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently prioritize work and resolve routine operational issues.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, WMS, and other warehouse tech as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
