Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a motivated warehouse associate to perform distribution center material handling duties supporting inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations. You will process, move, and stock merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities include using RF scanners and WMS systems, matching item numbers with paperwork, and preparing orders for shipment.

Qualifications

• Must accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Wollows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution procedures.
• Load and unload trailers, container shipments, and route trucks while protecting merchandise from damage.
