Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking an expert Material Handler to operate all distribution center equipment, including reach trucks, order pickers, and forklifts. Shifts are 1st shift, 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM, with a pay rate starting at $22.95 per hour and increasing to $24.80 after 3 months.

Primary duties include picking orders, moving goods to packing and shipping, and utilizing WMS for accuracy and inventory control. Requires a High School diploma and forklift certification; prior warehouse experience is

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator.
• 3+ years distribution/warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders.
• Assemble orders using order picker or stand-up forklift.
• Use Warehouse Management System to verify stock and track orders.
• Convey picked orders to packing/shipping areas.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean and organized.
