Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC is seeking an experienced Material Handler to operate all equipment in the distribution center, including reach trucks, cherry pickers, sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks. This first shift runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM in Eldersburg, MD.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, and 3+ years in distribution/warehouse roles, plus at least 6 months on stand-up or order picker equipment. WMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or experienced.
• Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator with relevant state certification.
• 3+ years distribution/warehouse experience.
• Minimum 6 months stand-up forklift or order picker experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and move items to packing/shipping areas.
• Assemble customer orders using order picker or stand-up forklift and place on pallets.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to verify stock and order accuracy.
• Convey picked orders to packing station; monitor equipment and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean and organized.
