Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Certification: Valid forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Experience: 1-3 years dock or warehouse experience.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload freight using proper lifting techniques and MHE.
• Move, stage, sort, and position freight between dock doors and warehouse areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipping and delivery.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading per safety procedures.
• Label, scan, and track freight to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe dock environment.
• Support dock productivity and operational goals.
