Job Description:
Aberle Ford is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Master Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a Ford-certified technician ready to lead by example, handle advanced diagnostics, and mentor other technicians. You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality repairs and upholding the standards our customers expect.
Job Type & Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
Flexible schedule options available
Responsibilities:
Accurately diagnose and perform complex repairs on a wide range of Ford vehicles
Handle advanced engine, transmission, and electrical diagnostics
Lead by example with productivity, efficiency, and attention to detail
Assist with troubleshooting support for less experienced technicians
Communicate directly with Service Advisors and support the service team with technical insights
Maintain manufacturer training and certifications to stay current with evolving technologies
Ensure repairs comply with manufacturer warranty guidelines and dealership standards
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years as a Ford Service Technician
Certification: Senior Master Certification from Ford Motor Company required
Deep knowledge of Ford vehicle systems
Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
Proficient in diagnostic tools and advanced vehicle systems
Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
