VIZIO’s Support Operations team is seeking a responsible and self-motivated Senior Specialist Technician (also known as Lead Support Operations Specialist (SOS)). The Senior Specialist Technician will be responsible for updating all Knowledge exchange tools, including articles, portals, firmware pages, MIPs, and manuals. The Senior Specialist Technician (Support Operations) will assist the trainer with Agent Empowerment Sessions (AES).

What you'll do...

The SOS team is committed to ensuring that all tools are accurate, adequate, and contribute to an environment that fosters success. To achieve this, SOS will attend all respective meetings to assure accuracy and work closely with other departments to keep training, knowledgebase, CRM, and coaching procedures up to date. Additionally, SOS will ensure that all knowledge inboxes are completed and maintained regularly.

Furthermore, SOS will take on other projects as assigned and collaborate closely with the trainer to coach agents effectively. This comprehensive approach ensures that the team remains agile and responsive to the needs of the organization, ultimately driving success through meticulous attention to detail and interdepartmental cooperation.

What you will bring:

Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills. Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors and deliver accurate, timely work product. Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple assignments. Comfortable with process-oriented work. Capable of working both independently and within a team setting.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00-$45.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable.
