Job summary

Iridium is seeking a Senior Master Scheduler & Planner to support a complex multi-phased U.S Government contract. You will create, maintain, and analyze schedules (WBS/IMP/IMS) and provide critical insights to the Program Management Office, working with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and milestones.

The role requires 10+ years in scheduling, 5+ years in defense, and an active TS clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in aerospace or telecommunications.
• Expertise with Microsoft Project and add-ons such as OnePager Pro and SSI Tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Develop WBS, IMP, and IMS.
• Collaborate with technical teams to refine Agile roadmaps.
• Maintain alignment between Jira QBD and IMS.
• Support PI Planning with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
• Perform DCMA 14-point assessments and schedule risk analyses.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to juniors.
