Job summary

Veranova is seeking a Master Scheduler for our Devens, MA site to bridge long-term planning with daily execution. You will manage capacity planning in Saviom and detailed scheduling in Microsoft Dynamics 365, aligning R&D, Clinical, and Commercial timelines to maximize utilization and labor efficiency.

You will drive the S&OP evolution, evaluate scheduling tools, and explore AI-driven analytics for predictive insights, in a regulated API/Biologics environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of planning or engineering experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing.
• CDMO experience preferred; ability to pivot in contract manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site capacity and resource forecast in Saviom and day-to-day production schedule in D365.
• Align R&D, Clinical, and Commercial timelines to maximize utilization and efficiency.
• Drive Ready to Execute milestones and maintain high schedule adherence percentages.
• Lead implementation of an integrated S&OP process with cross-functional teams.
