Job summary

SelectTech Services Corporation in Colorado is seeking a Production and Material Planning Manager to drive integrated planning across programs, with end-to-end oversight from launch to delivery. The role coordinates supply chain, manufacturing, program management, and operations to ensure executable plans, material availability, and schedule stability.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 7+ years in planning, 5+ years leading teams, expertise in MRP/ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years in production planning, materials planning, or scheduling.
• 5+ years leading technicians or production teams.
• Ability to develop and manage complex schedules and build plans.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (Costpoint preferred).
• Coordinate across supply chain, manufacturing, program management, and operations.
• Analytical, organized, problem-solving skills with risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication across functional teams.
• Manage multiple programs and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with AS9100 and FAR requirements.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master production schedule across all active programs.
• Develop and manage Costpoint ERP/MRP module implementation plans.
• Translate requirements into executable production schedules and material plans.
• Lead detailed work planning with manufacturing, engineering, and operations.
• Plan, track, and mitigate material constraints with Supply Chain.
• Coordinate with Program Management to align schedules with contracts.
• Provide planning input during program kickoff and lifecycle.
• Monitor schedule performance, material readiness, and risks.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings to align priorities.
• Support capacity planning, load leveling, and scenario planning.
• Maintain accurate planning data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Prepare and present planning status and recommendations to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes and execution.
