Job summary

Servotronics, Inc. is seeking a Master Planner in the United States to lead master production scheduling and material management initiatives. You will balance daily planning needs with long-term system improvements to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.

You will partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams, drive PFEP and replenishment strategies, and mentor staff while ensuring data-driven decision making across ERP/MRP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5-10 years experience in production planning, master scheduling, materials management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Extensive experience with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing production schedules and managing capacity planning activities.
• Experience implementing inventory management, PFEP, replenishment, Kanban, Min/Max, or pull-system methodologies preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills required.
• APICS/ASCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute master production schedules aligning demand, material availability, capacity, and priorities.
• Analyze demand, forecasts, inventory, and capacity to maintain schedule stability and delivery performance.
• Monitor and manage WIP to support flow and attainment of schedules.
• Serve as ERP/MRP planning expert and maintain planning parameters and system governance.
• Develop PFEP methodologies and replenishment strategies.
• Design and sustain pull systems, Kanban, Min/Max, and replenishment methods.
• Lead planning and material flow improvement projects to reduce waste and boost performance.
• Identify and resolve systemic issues affecting planning accuracy and inventory.
• Develop planning policies, standard work, and process documentation.
• Track KPIs like schedule attainment, inventory health, capacity, and throughput.
• Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Production Control.
• Support S&OP, demand planning, inventory planning, and new product intro with analysis.
