Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Master Scheduler to own the master production schedule for a value stream, balancing demand, capacity and material availability to maximize customer service and plant stability. You will work with limited supervision on complex assignments, acting as the critical link between demand and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years of master scheduling, production planning or materials experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of MPS, MRP and ERP planning logic, time fences and planning bills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains the master production schedule (MPS) for the assigned value stream.
• Balances demand against capacity and material availability, escalating constraints early.
• Converts the demand plan into an executable, level-loaded build schedule.
• Manages schedule changes, expedites and trade-offs to protect customer commitments.
• Owns MPS parameters, time fences and planning bills in the ERP.
• Partners with Planning, Production, Materials and Commercial in the SIOP/S&OP process.
• Analyzes adherence-to-plan, past-due and service KPIs and drives corrective actions.
