Job summary

CAC I International seeks a Senior Master Scheduler to lead the Integrated Master Schedule for the GMOS contract, supporting the Department of State. You will guide a high-performing team and deliver project plans across enterprise workstreams.

The role requires IMS expertise, proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6, ITSM coordination, and a Secret clearance. Travel is up to 10% locally.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large-scale IT programs or projects.
• Ability to integrate WBS elements, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resources into an IMS.
• Experience performing critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, and forecast to support objectives.
• Proven capability to establish schedule baselines and assess downstream impacts to cost and resources.
• Experience creating schedule metrics, dashboards, and executive-level briefings.

Responsibilities

• Leads scheduling and coordinating Program Kick-Off Meetings across contractors and Government personnel.
• Documents requirements in PMP with enterprise WBS and responsibilities.
• Maintains Project Plans integrated with IMS and other management systems.
• Prepares weekly status reports with project-by-project statuses and risk mitigation plans.
• Develops Transition-In Plan with a 180-day warehouse transition timeline.
• Develops Quarterly Spend Plan with task breakouts, hours, and rates.
• Provides IT project management services and coordination across teams.
