Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Master Scheduler for the GMOS contract supporting the Department of State. The role focuses on developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules to guide complex IT programs, coordinating across ITSM teams, and delivering executive-level status briefs.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery within an enterprise IT environment that supports national security objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 8 years of relevant IT program scheduling experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Extensive IMS experience for large IT programs.
• Experience integrating WBS, milestones, dependencies in IMS.
• Experience critical path analysis, schedule variance, milestone tracking.
• Experience establishing schedule baselines and evaluating changes.
• Ability to provide executive schedule briefings.
• Experience with ITSM tools and coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads scheduling and coordinates Program Kick-Off Meetings with contractors and Government personnel.
• Documents comprehensive support requirements in PMP including enterprise WBS and responsibilities.
• Generates and maintains Project Plans integrated with IMS.
• Leads preparation of weekly status reports with project-by-project statuses.
• Develops Transition-In Plan with 180-day phased warehouse transition.
• Develops Quarterly Spend Plan with tasks, hours, dollars, and rate information.
• Provides IT project management services with a systematic approach.
• Possesses broad knowledge across tasks and may supervise others.
