Voyager Space Inc. seeks a Master Scheduler to drive integrated master scheduling for DoD, NASA, and commercial aerospace programs. You will develop IMS using MS Project, ensure cost-schedule integration, and align schedules with program risk and contracts.

The role requires CPM expertise, EVM familiarity, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, contracts, and finance to deliver on time and within budget.

Formación

• Three (3+) or more years of experience in project scheduling or program planning within aerospace/defense.
• Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Extensive experience developing and maintaining logic-driven network schedules for complex programs.
• Deep knowledge of CPM, float analysis, and schedule risk assessment.
• Experience with schedule baseline development and change control processes.
• Familiarity with EVM principles and schedule integration techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple programs with varying contract types, lifecycle phases, and reporting requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) aligned with WBS and contractual deliverables.
• Apply CPM, perform schedule integrity checks, maintain network relationships.
• Integrate schedules with cost and risk systems for cost-schedule management and EVM.
• Establish and maintain schedule baselines; support IBRs and change control.
• Conduct schedule performance analysis including KPIs and trend assessments.
• Support ETC, EAC, and forecasting with Program Controls Analyst.
• Tailor scheduling approaches per program type; support proposal schedules.
• Collaborate daily with PMs, CAMs, engineers, contracts, procurement, finance, and QA.
• Present data and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and tool integrations.
