Qualifications
- EPA Section 608 certification required.
- 5+ years of residential HVAC experience including hands-on mini-split or ducted heat pump installation.
- Valid Maine driver's license and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Install heat pump systems including mini-splits and ducted units.
- Pull vacuums, weigh in charge, pressure-test, and commission systems to manufacturer spec.
- Install high-efficiency heat pump water heaters.
- Document the job and keep paperwork in CompanyCam.
- Supervise journeyman and apprentice work; mentor the team.
