Job summary

E Logic is seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Master Gunner to provide critical technical and analytical support for Army Live Fire Training programs. The role ensures that range designs and targetry systems comply with TC 25-8 standards and strengthen Soldier readiness.

The ideal candidate is a retired or former Army Master Gunner with extensive experience in gunnery, range operations, and training management.

Qualifications

• Master Gunner qualification with ASI A8/K8/J3
• Experience as Master Gunner at Brigade level or higher
• CAC eligibility and U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical analysis for LFTIS and SRP; assess range facilities for TC 25-8 compliance
• Advise on targetry design, MPRCs, and DoD range layouts
• Prepare objective data-driven reports to support resource requests and program plans
