Acts Retirement-Life Communities seeks a Master Carpenter/Foreman for Cokesbury Village in Delaware. The role covers demolition, cabinetry, framing, drywall, trim, window/door, and siding installations, using a range of hand and power tools.

Potential to lead the team and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality project completion. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in construction or maintenance, understands blueprints, and holds a high school diploma or equivalent (carpentry apprenticeship

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship in carpentry preferred.
• 7–10 years' experience in construction or maintenance related field.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Demolition, cabinetry, framing, drywall, and finish trim.
• Window and door installation, siding installation as required.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Lead as team foreman, provide direction to ensure projects are completed safely and with high quality.
