Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Master Carpenter / Foreman to lead and perform comprehensive carpentry and construction tasks across projects.

Responsibilities include demolition, framing, cabinetry, drywall, trim installation, window/door installation, and siding, with safe, high-quality execution. The role may guide a team and requires 7–10 years in construction, solid blueprint understanding, OSHA safety knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Apprenticeship in carpentry strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in construction or maintenance related field.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including demolition, cabinetry, framing, drywall, finish trim, window and door installation, siding.
• Operate hand and power tools and other equipment; may lead as team lead to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality results.
