Job summary

Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, Indiana seeks an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards. This role builds customer trust through accurate diagnostics and skilled repairs in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Pay ranges from $75,000 to $130,000 with incentive-based pay, top flat-rate hours, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and vacation. Weekend options and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ideal candidate is self-starter and process-driven.
• Must be 18+ to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, steering, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical customers and staff.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training to stay current with automotive tech.
• Keep management informed of repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
