Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Master Technician for Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, Indiana. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing a wide range of systems while building customer trust through quality service.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years as a Master Technician, ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus, and a self-starting, process-driven attitude. Equal opportunity employer and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills in formal training sessions.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
