Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Master Technician for our NapletonItalian Imports (Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat) in Carmel, Indiana. The Master Technician will diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards, building customer loyalty through trust and accurate repairs.

We offer a pay range of $75,000-$130,000 with incentives, top flat rate hours, paid relocation, and extensive training with manufacturer certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay
