Job summary

Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, Indiana seeks an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards. This role includes competitive pay and a clear path for growth within a large, family-owned group.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of master tech experience, ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus, and an ownership mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid training, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs clearly to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update skills through formal training to keep pace with automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
