Job summary

Sterling Site Access Solutions is seeking a senior project manager to lead CLT mass timber projects from contract through final delivery. You will establish upstream governance, coordinate with engineers and clients, and drive on-time, on-budget execution.

Expect to travel 40–60% across North America, with base responsibilities tied to the Phoenix, IL plant or regional sites as needed. A strong PM background and field leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, structural engineering, or mass timber projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver CLT projects from contract award through final completion.
• Establish structured upstream project management practices and governance.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, clients, and operations to meet contract requirements.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules and budgets to achieve margin targets.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigations; ensure quality across deliverables.
