Job summary

Truist is seeking a dedicated Premier Advisor to manage a portfolio of mass affluent clients, delivering a range of banking, investment and insurance solutions. You will work with financial planning concepts and coordinate with advisors to deepen client relationships in a compliant, client-centric manner.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years in financial services, with active FINRA licenses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience.
Minimum of five years of financial services experience with banking, investments or retail lending.
Active FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66) must be active and maintained or obtained within 100–150 days of entry.
Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients.
Sell and service a broad range of fee income and retail banking products.
Develop client financial plans and coordinate with advisors on investments and asset allocation.
Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals by expanding services to clients.
Collaborate with IRM partners to deliver integrated banking, mortgage, planning and investments services.
Build relationships with external centers of influence to grow the book.
Maintain compliance with audit, regulatory requirements and Premier Banking program.
