Job summary

Truist is seeking a Premier Advisor to manage a mass affluent client portfolio, delivering a comprehensive suite of retail banking, mortgage, planning, investments and insurance solutions. You will leverage Truist referral networks to grow relationships and provide integrated advice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with financial services exposure.
• Demonstrated knowledge of personal financial planning/advisory concepts and asset allocation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for mass affluent clients, delivering a broad range of retail banking products and services.
• Develop and update understanding of client financial needs through profiling and planning analysis.
• Monitor market trends and act as a financial planning advisor to clients and CPAs.
• Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals through new client acquisition and cross-sell of products.
• Collaborate with IRM partners to deliver integrated banking, mortgage, investments and insurance services.
• Build external relationships to support business development and ensure compliant portfolio management.
• Support Premier Banking program deployment and policy adherence.
