Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager for mass affluent clients. You will manage a portfolio, deliver broad retail banking solutions, and coordinate with financial advisors to provide integrated planning and investment advice.

Ideal candidates have extensive financial services experience, active FINRA licenses, and strong interpersonal skills. This full-time role supports Premier Banking in a fast-paced environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field.
• 5+ years financial services experience with banking/investments.
• Knowledge of personal financial planning and asset allocation.
• Active FINRA licenses SIE, 7, 66 (63/65 in lieu) and insurance licenses.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a mass affluent client portfolio and deliver a broad range of retail banking products.
• Develop understanding of client financial needs and work with financial advisor on investments.
• Stay informed on market trends affecting mass affluent clients and act as a planning resource.
• Meet revenue, profitability and retention goals by acquiring new clients and expanding services.
• Collaborate with IRM partners to provide integrated service across banking, mortgage, planning, investments and insurance.
• Build relationships with external centers of influence to boost business development.
• Ensure compliance within audit, regulatory, and bank policies.
• Support Premier Banking program processes, products and policies.
