Job summary

Roofing Talent America LTD is seeking a Project Manager for Masonry & Waterproofing in Ashland, MA. The role focuses on coordinating masonry, restoration and waterproofing projects, reviewing drawings, and planning sequences to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in masonry, a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License, and OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred). The position offers a competitive salary and benefits as part of a larger, established contracting team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of masonry experience, with a strong background in masonry, restoration and waterproofing.
• Experience working on large projects and a strong understanding of building envelope construction.
• The ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and architectural designs in both digital and hard-copy formats.
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License.
• OSHA 10-hour training, with OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• You’ll manage masonry, restoration and waterproofing projects, bringing together planning, people and materials needed to deliver work safely, to the required quality and against production goals.
• You’ll review drawings, specifications and architectural designs, establish the sequence of work and identify practical challenges before they affect delivery.
• Working closely with Operations, you’ll determine material and manpower requirements, estimate time to completion and coordinate the different trades involved.
• Schedules of Work and Schedules of Value will sit within your remit. You’ll track project performance, recognize delays or change orders, and implement recovery measures when possible.
