Roofing Talent America (RTA) in Boston, MA is seeking a Project Manager (Masonry & Waterproofing) to lead complex masonry, restoration and waterproofing projects. You’ll coordinate planning, crews, materials, and schedules to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years masonry experience, strong project-management skills, the ability to read drawings and specs, MA Construction Supervisor’s License, OSHA 10 certification, and a track record on large-scale

Formación

• 5+ years of masonry experience, with a strong background in masonry, restoration and waterproofing.
• Experience working on large projects and a strong understanding of building envelope construction.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and architectural designs in both digital and hard-copy formats.
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License required.
• OSHA 10-hour training, OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage masonry, restoration and waterproofing projects, coordinating planning, people and materials to deliver work safely and to the required quality.
• Review drawings, specifications and architectural designs to establish work sequences and identify challenges early.
• Work with Operations to determine material and manpower requirements, estimate time to completion and coordinate trades.
• Track project performance, identify delays or change orders, and implement recovery measures when necessary.
