Job summary

Masonry Repair Services, a division of Lerch Brothers, LLC, seeks a Construction Estimator/Project Manager to estimate masonry projects from $15,000 to $650,000 and manage them from start to finish.

The role requires strong masonry knowledge, takeoff skills, and the ability to prepare competitive bids, coordinate with clients, architects, and field teams, and ensure safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in construction estimating and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of masonry construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency in estimating software and standard PM tools.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specs, and bid documents to determine project requirements.
• Perform detailed take-offs of masonry materials (brick, block, stone, mortar, reinforcement).
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare bid proposals and manage bid reviews and client presentations.
• Develop and manage project schedules; oversee planning, execution, and closeout.
