Foti Contracting LLC seeks a Project Estimator & Manager – Lead Commercial Masonry Projects to drive profitability from takeoff to site delivery. You will collaborate with seasoned professionals in a union masonry environment, guiding bids, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role emphasizes detailed takeoffs, subcontractor coordination, and maintaining contract alignment across multi-site commercial builds.

Qualifications

Experience evaluating construction plans, drawings, and cost specifications for commercial projects.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relations with accountability.
Willingness to travel up to 10% to project sites within a 30-mile radius of Wickliffe.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed material takeoffs, labor estimates, and bid proposals for commercial concrete and masonry projects.
Manage full project lifecycles from pre-construction bidding through site delivery, ensuring cost-control and timeliness.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field supervisors to streamline material purchasing and logistics.
Review project blueprints, structural specifications, and change orders to maintain accurate financial scope tracking.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with project teams to ensure work aligns strictly with contract specifications.
Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with commercial clients, general contractors, and union leaders.
