Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a MarTech Senior Consultant, Technology Strategy, to shape and deliver marketing technology strategies that align with business objectives and digital transformation goals. You will assess current MarTech ecosystems, define future-state architectures, and develop roadmaps that enable data-driven marketing, collaboration with senior stakeholders, and measurable value realization.

The role emphasizes strategy and advisory work, with knowledge across leading platforms

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology/MarTech strategy or related advisory roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise MarTech assessments and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of CDPs, marketing automation, content management, CRM, personalization and omnichannel marketing.
• Experience with leading MarTech platforms (AEP, AEM, SFMC, Data Cloud, Braze, Zeta, Treasure Data, Tealium).
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technology strategies for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead MarTech strategy engagements and assess clients’ marketing ecosystems to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop current-state and future-state MarTech strategies with target architectures and phased roadmaps.
• Provide vendor-agnostic platform recommendations addressing business challenges and measurable value.
• Collaborate with executives across marketing, product, data, and technology to align transformation priorities.
• Deliver strategic artifacts: assessments, executive decks, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
