Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Chicago is seeking a Senior Consultant to shape and deliver MarTech strategies that align with business objectives and drive digital transformation. You will work with clients and senior stakeholders to assess existing ecosystems and define future-state architectures and roadmaps.

This role emphasizes strategy and advisory work, with vendor-agnostic recommendations and a focus on data-enabled marketing, customer experiences, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, MarTech strategy, marketing technology consulting, digital transformation, or related advisory roles.
• Experience leading or contributing to enterprise MarTech assessments, strategy engagements, platform rationalization initiatives, and technology roadmap development.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise MarTech landscape, including CDPs, marketing automation, CMS, CRM, personalization, engagement, and omnichannel marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead MarTech strategy and assessment engagements, evaluating clients' ecosystems, capabilities, operating models, and requirements to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop current-state assessments, future-state MarTech strategies, target-state architectures, and roadmaps aligned with objectives and priorities.
• Evaluate MarTech platforms and capabilities beyond tool inventory, including data management, identity resolution, marketing automation, personalization, journey orchestration, content management, integration, and measurement.
• Provide vendor-agnostic recommendations on platform selection, rationalization, consolidation, and modernization to address business challenges and deliver value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technology strategies and align around transformation priorities.
