Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Consultant for MarTech Strategy to shape and deliver marketing technology strategies that align with business objectives and drive digital transformation.

You will assess existing MarTech ecosystems, define future-state architectures, and create roadmaps that enable data-driven marketing and customer experiences. Strong client-facing consulting experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology and MarTech strategy or related advisory roles.
• Experience leading enterprise MarTech assessments and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of CDPs, marketing automation, content management, and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Lead MarTech strategy engagements and assess client ecosystems for gaps and opportunities.
• Develop current-state and future-state MarTech roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate platforms, data capabilities, integration needs, and architectural trade-offs.
• Provide vendor-agnostic recommendations for platform rationalization and modernization.
• Present findings to executives and translate technology decisions into business value.
