Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Consultant – MarTech Strategy to shape and deliver marketing technology strategies that align with business objectives and drive digital transformation. You will partner with clients and senior stakeholders to assess MarTech ecosystems, define future-state architectures, roadmaps, and pragmatic recommendations across data, identity, personalization, and integration.

This role emphasizes strategy and advisory work over hands-on configuration and requires

Competenze

• 5+ years in technology/MarTech strategy or related advisory roles.
• Experience leading MarTech strategy engagements and roadmaps.
• Understanding of CDPs, marketing automation, content management, CRM, personalization.
• Experience with leading MarTech platforms such as AEP, AEM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Braze, Zeta, Treasure Data, Tealium.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technology strategies.
• Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Lead MarTech strategy engagements and assess client ecosystems.
• Develop current-state and future-state roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Evaluate platforms beyond tool inventory, incl. data management and orchestration.
• Provide vendor-agnostic recommendations on platform selection and modernization.
