Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a dedicated Program Manager for Marketing Technology to own delivery, governance, and evolution of our MarTech portfolio. You will lead end-to-end programs across the stack, coordinating Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data teams, managing dependencies, and driving adoption of new technologies.

The role requires deep technical program management capabilities with an understanding of marketing platforms, integrations, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading large, complex technology programs across multiple functions.
• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms, CRM, CMS, consumer data, insights and digital analytics.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows and enterprise SaaS technologies.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building with senior leadership.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own program management across the Marketing Technology portfolio, aligning with Marketing and Technology priorities.
• Lead multi-functional MarTech programs from planning through delivery, including roadmaps, risks, and adoption.
• Coordinate priorities with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics and other teams.
• Provide governance across the MarTech landscape, including platform integrations and technology lifecycle planning.
• Drive executive-level reporting on program health, dependencies, and key achievements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the MarTech ecosystem and integrations.
