Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Marketing Technology to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of an enterprise Marketing CMS platform. You will partner with Marketing, Digital, Personalization, Analytics, UX, Content Operations, and Engineering to enable marketers to create, manage, personalize, and publish content globally.

As product owner, you will balance business priorities with user experience, modernization, and operational excellence while driving roadmap execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in marketing technology or CMSs.
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, and delivering scalable software.
• Experience managing Agile backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise Marketing CMS platform.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Analytics, UX, Content Operations, and Engineering to identify business needs.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value, risk, and priority.
• Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, user research, and workflow assessments.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
• Communicate strategy and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Drive platform adoption, content authoring, personalization, and localization workflows.
