Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Software/Data Engineering.
• Retail/similar background preferred; technical leader fluent in Marketing concepts & strategies.
• Experience owning a Marketing CDP capability, with architecture/platform understanding.
• Strong understanding of cloud data landscape and engineering best practices.
• Proven track record leading Managers of Engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Leads strategy and execution for Martech data capabilities including identity management, CDP platform, activation pipelines, and data integrity.
• Owns the Marketing CDP capability, defines tech roadmap aligned with stakeholders.
• Partners with Enterprise Data & Analytics and Data Product teams to scale capabilities.
• Collaborates across Business, Product, and Tech to build trust and accountability.
• Stays updated on Tech and Business trends and communicates roadmaps in leadership forums.
• Develops and implements processes for tracking, analyzing, and resolving technical issues.
• Champions growth initiatives and fosters a culture of experimentation and innovation.
• Leads, mentors, and inspires a team of engineers, building a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
