Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Sr. Manager, Martech Data Engineering to lead a data strategy at the intersection of data and customer experiences. You will oversee managers and engineers, drive a scalable Martech data platform, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized experiences at speed.

You will champion innovation, shape roadmaps, and ensure robust, high-performance platforms while guiding a team of talented engineers toward a culture of accountability and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Mastery of an object oriented programming language (preferably Java).
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in software/data engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategy and execution for Martech data capabilities including identity management, CDP, activation pipelines, and data integrity.
• Defines roadmap and owns Marketing CDP capability in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Partners with Enterprise Data & Analytics and Data Product teams to scale capabilities.
• Mentors and leads a team of engineers to deliver robust platforms and reliable performance.
• Presents roadmaps and strategy to leadership and drives accountability across teams.
