The Home Depot is seeking a Marketing Technology Operations team member to enable marketing projects and drive operational efficiencies through technology implementations and ongoing support. You will participate in requirements gathering, system configuration, and governance to ensure clean data and successful rollouts.

Responsibilities include training, onboarding new associates, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive project execution.

Formación

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge of Marketing Operations and trends in Marketing Technology systems and capabilities.
• Provide on-going system support, training, onboarding, and governance for tech implementations.
• Use data and insights to optimize processes and configurations for marketing project execution.
• Partner with third-party software providers to understand capabilities and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Marketing Technology product management and cross-functional teams to enable project execution.
• Gather requirements and configure technology, onboard users, and roll out solutions.
