Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in marketing, marketing technology, or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Knowlege of Marketing Operations and current trends to guide projects.
• Provide ongoing support for systems enabling marketing project execution, including training and onboarding.
• Optimize processes using data to improve automation and configurations for efficiency.
• Partner with third-party software providers to understand roadmap and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Marketing Technology product management and cross-functional teams to define requirements.
• Gather requirements and configure technology, onboard users, and roll out solutions for marketing projects.
