Job summary

JustMarkets is seeking an experienced MarTech & Data Analytics Manager to lead Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, and MarTech/AI Automation across CFD and Crypto lines. You will build a unified marketing analytics ecosystem, drive attribution, and optimize budgets while guiding multiple Team Leads.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, BI, Finance and Compliance to scale technologies, improve data accuracy, automate processes, and deliver measurable marketing ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management in MarTech, Analytics, or Ops.
• Experience in large digital company with complex infra.
• Proven track record leading multiple teams via Team Leads.
• Strong MarTech, CRM, and CDP understanding.
• SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake experience.
• BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI) and analytics platforms.
• Experience with attribution and MMPs such as AppsFlyer/Adjust.

Responsibilities

• Lead three functional areas: Marketing Operations, Analytics, and AI automation.
• Manage Team Leads, set goals/OKRs, drive performance.
• Develop strategy for Martech, analytics, and processes across CFD and Crypto.
• Oversee CRM, CDP, MMP integrations and analytics platforms.
• Build unified marketing analytics and attribution framework.
• Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and attribution.
• Oversee marketing metrics like CAC, LTV, ROI, channel performance.
• Improve campaign launches, tracking processes, and budgets.
• Drive AI tool adoption and automation in marketing workflows.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Engineering, BI, Finance, Compliance.
