Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in reliability engineering, site reliability engineering, platform engineering, or related field.
• Hybrid role based in Manhattan Beach, CA with minimum 3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

• Own platform reliability across the marketing tech stack, including data ingestion, identity resolution, audience creation, segmentation, activation, campaigns and journeys.
• Ensure Salesforce Data Cloud audiences are accurate, timely, and dependable with data freshness controls.
• Ensure Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, journeys, automations, and email operations run as designed with monitoring and recovery playbooks.
• Own end-to-end incident response, triage, stakeholder communication, and post-incident review with business impact translation.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and proactive detection of platform and data issues before impact to customers or campaigns.
• Drive automation to reduce manual work and enable safer scale with runbooks and self-healing patterns under human oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliability into new initiatives and validate data accuracy across ingestion, transformation, and activation layers.
