Qualifications

• 5+ Years of experience in a highly technical B2B Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Web Systems Administration role.
• Hands-on, advanced administrator-level experience managing Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce CRM, with explicit expertise deploying the Eloqua-Salesforce Integration App, matching logic, and custom routing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical administrator for core marketing automation and CRM infrastructure, ensuring data health and integration stability.
• Oversee data pipelines connecting adjacent commercial tools into the core database and manage data synchronization.
• Architect data ingestion, tracking, and webhook/Forms architecture to route intent data into the CRM.
