• Experience in sales analytics and operations.

• Manage U.S. service strategy across the product life cycle, in partnership with PMO, marketing, finance and service operations.
• Coordinate monthly new product launch and end-of-life meetings to align activities.
• Support global service needs by partnering with regional managers and providing guidance on global offerings.
• Drive service strategies across divisions leveraging sales best practices and effective processes.
• Develop service offerings and billable services aligned with the service plan and ExpertCare portfolio.
• Develop and implement service sales execution plans with sales teams.
• Plan and develop sales representative training requirements with marketing.
• Lead monthly alignment meetings and quarterly business review content.
• Drive annual operating plans, forecasts and strategic plans alignment.
• Provide analytics and actionable recommendations to leadership to drive revenue growth.
• Partner with regional and divisional stakeholders to increase capital equipment sales and service coverage.
